{"product_id":"club-championship-entry","title":"Club Championship Entry","description":"\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAn Invitation to Compete\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Championship Committee of Legacy Three Golf is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for the 2026 Club Championship at Century Oaks.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn Saturday, September 5 at 2 p.m., a select field of competitors will assemble to test their games, their judgment, and, quite possibly, the limits of several long-standing friendships.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe defending champion is Michael Clark, whose victory in 2025 earned him a permanent place in club history, and the considerable responsibility of watching someone attempt to take it away.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn recognition of Mr. Clark’s reign, refreshments are expected to include beef sticks from his own Lodi Sausage Co. \u0026amp; Meat Market. These are not ordinary tournament provisions. They are Wisconsin State Fair–winning beef sticks produced by a company with enough gold medals to understand the pressures of championship competition.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe $25 entry fee includes:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e9-hole championship greens fee\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRefreshments - liquid and meat\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eEntry into a small but fiercely respected championship purse\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe opportunity to compete for the Club Championship plaque\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe chance to have your name engraved upon the perpetual trophy\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe purse may eventually be spent. The beef sticks will certainly be consumed.
