An Invitation to Compete

The Championship Committee of Legacy Three Golf is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for the 2026 Club Championship at Century Oaks.

On Saturday, September 5 at 2 p.m., a select field of competitors will assemble to test their games, their judgment, and, quite possibly, the limits of several long-standing friendships.

The defending champion is Michael Clark, whose victory in 2025 earned him a permanent place in club history, and the considerable responsibility of watching someone attempt to take it away.

In recognition of Mr. Clark’s reign, refreshments are expected to include beef sticks from his own Lodi Sausage Co. & Meat Market. These are not ordinary tournament provisions. They are Wisconsin State Fair–winning beef sticks produced by a company with enough gold medals to understand the pressures of championship competition.

The $25 entry fee includes:

  • 9-hole championship greens fee
  • Refreshments - liquid and meat
  • Entry into a small but fiercely respected championship purse
  • The opportunity to compete for the Club Championship plaque
  • The chance to have your name engraved upon the perpetual trophy

The purse may eventually be spent. The beef sticks will certainly be consumed. The engraving, however, is forever.

Competitors should arrive prepared for championship conditions, the scrutiny of their peers, and the possibility that a single unfortunate swing may be discussed at Century Oaks for generations.

The course will be prepared.
The field will be assembled.
One name will join Michael Clark’s on the trophy.

We invite you to submit your entry for consideration.
